Air conditioning did not work. Staff said okay I'll tell maintenance. No apology or compensation. I'll never stay at comfort chain again.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with very comfortable beds.

The staff was friendly and helpful! We came down 5 minutes before breakfast was over and they lady that was cleaning up, stopped what she was doing and allowed us to eat!

The fact that when I went to check in, the computer was down! The night clerk claimed that she didn't know that the website was down for maintenance! So she had to fill out a paper form which took a little longer, but it was okay with me!

I really appreciated the clean room and friendly staff, made me feel right at home, and being just a few steps away from popular spots like the Historic Rodgers Theatre and delicious restaurants like Fazoli's was such a huge bonus for my weekend exploration.

Location was good and overall cleanliness was ok.

A/C unit was not working very well and room seemed to stay damp. This was evident of the overall hotel as the halls and corridors were humid. In addition, the room had a definite smell of pets. Finally, breakfast bar was mediocre with powdered eggs and mystery meat sausage.

The staff was polite and very helpful.

Price was slightly high and the lobby TV was too loud in the morning

We explored some fine trails near the Ozark Mountains after relaxing at the hotel. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were comfy. Breakfast was decent with eggs and waffles, a nice perk. It was a fun group getaway, and I'd definitely recommend it for others looking for a cozy stay.

One minor hiccup was the pet odor in the first room we checked into. We were quickly moved to another room that was much better, but it was a bit off-putting at first.

Staff was really rude never acknowledged you until spoken to. Requested payment on check in instead of checkout.

Customer Service was poor.

Oh man, Poplar Bluff is a hidden gem for a food lover! The comfy Comfort Inn was right near some tasty spots like Fazoli's for that Italian fix and Colton's Steak House & Grill for beef lovers. The breakfast offered up a solid spread with waffles and sausage that hit the spot, perfect for fueling the day ahead.

Now, not all was sunshine and rainbows. Our room had a bit of a funky smell and the AC wasn't quite cool enough. Plus, the whole place had a musty vibe. Just a tad sketchy, ya know?

Better pricing with groups of people. More varity of breakfast menu,more fresh fruit( fresh strawberries,bananas)

Ice machine wasnt working when I arrived late in the evening. Rates were a little high.
